U VISA

USCIA (Immigration) announced that they will begin giving work authorization to all persons who have filed a complete U Visa application (I-918).

This includes applicants filing in the future and who have already filed their application for U Visa.

USCIS (Inmigración) anuncia que van a empezar a dar permisos de trabajo a toda persona que ha sometido una solicitud completa (I-918) para Visa U.

Esto incluye solicitantes en el futuro y los que ya han sometido su solicitud de Visa U.
